ScholarTrack provides student behavior tracking, academic monitoring, and SMS notification services for school districts, educators, parents, and students. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
By opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages related to student behavior tracking and academic alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting support@scholar-track.com.
All content, features, and functionality of ScholarTrack — including text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of ScholarTrack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
ScholarTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding twelve months.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
